Connect. Learn. Community.
Population-level data is important for evaluators and the organizations we serve. Population data can help us understand communities or demographic groups, which can help us and our clients (nonprofits, government agencies, etc.) to improve access, provide appropriate and needed services, and engage with community members effectively.
Please join the Minnesota Evaluation Association (MNEA) for a presentation and discussion with Susan Brower, MN State Demographer for an informative presentation about the 2020 U.S. Census, including challenges and opportunities facing Minnesota. In particular, we’ll learn about census outreach efforts and other strategies being used to ensure our population count is as accurate as possible, and that underrepresentation of demographic subgroups is minimized.
