Please join us for a lunch presentation and discussion on the intersection of strategic planning and evaluation. Our speakers will be Jonathan Bucki from the Dendros Group and Dr. Amy Kerr from Professional Data Analysts, Inc. (PDA). The presentation will take place from 12 :00 - 1:30 pm. Come early to network and enjoy a light lunch from 11:30 am - 12:00 pm. We hope to see you there!

Presentation Details:
Strategic planning is commonly used to help organizations define their mission, vision, and values, which serve as an underpinning for planning and implementing all of their programming and activities. Evaluators are often asked to work with strategic planners or to help organizations evaluate the progress they are making toward achieving the vision laid out in their strategic plans. While some evaluators may also serve as strategic planning consultants, many are less familiar with strategic planning and its connection to evaluation.

This event will provide an overview of strategic planning, how it intersects with evaluation, and how evaluators and strategic planners can work together most effectively.
